Failure to do so will result in a 2-day easy return policy upon notifying us through our helpline. Customers are responsible for the product return charge within the 2-day return policy period.
For exchange requests, customers must notify us within 2 days. If a customer wishes to exchange a product due to preferences such as size or color, an additional 60 taka delivery charge will apply. In the event of a wrong or damaged product, shohopathi.com will facilitate the exchange free of charge. Customers utilizing the free exchange policy are required to inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

The delivered product is physically damaged or broken, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. The product is deemed “no longer needed” due to a change of preference or unsuitability for use. Note: Selected products are eligible for this category, and the delivery cost is non-refundable.

Service Warranty: Shohopathi.com will coordinate product servicing with the vendor on behalf of the customer. Customers may also directly visit the vendor with the invoice to claim warranty services. Any costs incurred for replacing parts during repair under this warranty policy will be the responsibility of the customer.
Expressed and Implied Warranty: Details regarding the terms and conditions of the product warranty can be found in the warranty section. The implied warranties of product merchantability and fitness automatically apply.
